Download our remote support tool below. Once it's running, your technician can connect to your screen — only while you're on the call, and only with the code you give them.
Download and run the installer
Save the file, then double-click it. Choose Yes when Windows asks to allow the app to make changes.
Read out your ID and password
When the support window opens, tell your technician the ID and one-time password shown on the left-hand side.
That's it
Your technician connects and you can watch everything they do. Close the window at any time to end the session.
Seeing "Windows protected your PC"? Microsoft shows this for newly published software. Click More info, then Run anyway. The exe is produced by Rustdesk and digitally signed by Purslane — you can confirm this under Properties → Digital Signatures.
